We want you to love our products as much as we do! If you are not completely satisfied please let us know within 30 days for a full refund minus the cost of postage.
Simply contact our friendly Customer service on (02) 6025 1258 to let us know. Once we receive the item(s) back at our warehouse, we will then refund the full product cost back to you.
We recommend sending returns via registered post or courier as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.

Please package the item to be returned in its original unopened brand new condition, ready to be put back on the shelf.
Any shipping costs incurred are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed by The Grit within 48 hours of receiving the item at our warehouse.
All refund claims made within the 30 day period will be issued in the method by which they were paid.
Faulty goods will be dealt with as per the manufacturer's warranty and terms.
Replacement products will only be shipped after the faulty item has been received and assessed.
